Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation at OrthoCenter  

Physicians and therapists at the Center work closely together to evaluate and treat the full spectrum of orthopaedic cases, including sports injuries, fracture care, post-surgical rehabilitation and the conservative care of neck and low back injuries. In addition, workmen's compensation patients receive functional training, and can attend our Back School where they learn valuable tools in preparation for their return to work.  

We offer physical therapy in our newly expanded and modern facility. All patients receive quality "hands on" care along with a variety of modalities, Nautilis, Biodex and isokinetic equipment.  

The director of the Rehabilitation Center is Christian P. Cecere, PT. He received his degree from New York University in 1982, and brings 14 years of experience to our department. Prior to joing us, he served as Director of Rehabilitation at Bayley Seton Hospital on Staten Island and as Senior Physical Therapist at Bayshore Community Hospital. He is an active member of the Orthopaedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association.
