Where will my surgery be performed?
The location of your surgery will depend on the surgery you are having and the surgeon you are seeing. We work with several hospitals and surgery centers in the Monmouth County area.
Do I need to bring a list of my medications?
Yes. Make sure you review and update your medications list prior to your surgery. We recommend that you put all of your medications on an index card and bring it with you to your surgery.
Do I need medical clearance?
A medical clearance is surgery specific and age specific. Your surgical scheduler will let you know if you need one. Once your surgery date is set, make appointments with the appropriate physicians to obtain your medical clearance. If your medical clearance is not obtained in time, your surgery could be delayed.
Do I need a pre-operative protocol?
Your surgical scheduler will go over your documentation, dos, and don’ts when preparing for your surgery.
