Treatments

Lumbar Strain/Sprain

Overstretching or tearing of muscles or ligaments in the lower back. Common from lifting heavy objects or sudden movements.

Spinal Stenosis

Degenerative Disc Disease

Breakdown of the discs between the vertebrae over time. Leads to pain, reduced flexibility, and possible nerve impingement.

A vertebra slips out of place onto the one below it. Can cause back pain and nerve symptoms.
